Cornell Bridge is the first launch point for a trip down the river.  It is located on the Ft. Niobrara National Wildlife Refuge so you will be floating through a section under the jurisdiction of the US Fish & Wildlife Service.  No alcohol is allowed on this stretch of the river.  A special park permit is required on this section of the river, which we include in our pricing package.
